Want your class to experience a bit of hard work – Victorian style? Ever fancied packing them off permanently on a ship to faraway climes? Here’s your opportunity to find out how we can make this happen!
On Friday 28 September we will be running a free get-together (with refreshments) where our education team will be on hand to tell you more about how our dynamic programme can help support learning outside the classroom.
We’ll have a stack of resources and activities on hand to give you an idea of what your students can participate in at our museums and galleries. We can also answer any questions you might have about how to make a booking, what to expect whilst you’re here, and how our programme fits in to the National Curriculum.
Representatives will be there from-
- Museum of Liverpool
- Merseyside Maritime Museum
- Lady Lever Art Gallery
- Walker Art Gallery
- Seized! The National Border Force Museum
- World Museum
This event will be taking place on 28 September between 3pm and 7pm at the Museum of Liverpool on the Pier Head.
Places are completely free but to give us an idea of numbers please book in with Matt Exley, education manager of the Museum of Liverpool by emailing Matt.Exley@liverpoolmuseums.org.uk
We’ll look forward to seeing you there!
