Half-term art events

If you’re making plans for half term look no further than the free fun we have on offer at the Walker Art Gallery, Lady Lever Art Gallery and Sudley House.

There are spooky crafts at the Lady Lever. On Tuesday 22nd join us to make your own stained glass lantern, on Wednesday 23rd Harry Potter fans will be delighted to know we’re making witches and wizard hats and we’ll still be going strong on Thursday 24th when we’ll be crafting scary masks- the spookier the better!

Exciting artists such as Hockney, Turner, Monet and Hokusai have embraced the challenge of depicting water, and your young artists can also make big waves during half term. Our Big Draw events at the Walker explore the theme of water on Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th October.

Big Draw activities continue out of the city in Mossley Hill’s very own enclave of Victorian art, Sudley House! Join us for free drawing activities on Tuesday 22nd October.

More details of our free half-term events can be found here.
